Coverack Village

Coverack is a quintessential Cornish fishing community set on the South Coast of Cornwall on the Lizard Peninsula. The picturesque village is dotted with thatched cottages overlooking the bay with its beautiful sweeping, sandy beach - popular with both locals and holiday makers. The working harbour is a focal point of the village, where people love to sit and watch the fishermen bringing in their catch of the day. Dating back to the 1700’s Coverack is steeped in maritime history. Many shipwrecks have occurred over the years due to the hidden manacle rocks in the nearby waters, making this a very popular destination for divers. As well as providing an excellent range of local walks, Coverack is a great centre for watersports, including windsurfing, sailing, and snorkelling. So, whether you are looking for an action-packed trip or relaxing holiday, Coverack has everything you will need and more.
